I purchased 4 chairs from Colemens Furniture online the chairs on line were cherry wood when I received them they were black and damaged Colemans has refused to return my order it's been over two months they are a dirty Company please buyer beware do not buy from them they lie in fact the chairs were partly made of plastic and painted over I'm still in shock they cost Over $1000.00 if any one has had trouble with this company please complain... This is the worst customer service experience ive ever had! I ordered a couch that I had concerns would not fit. When i called their customer service number the representative told me "it should be fine" and left it at that. Upon delivery it did not fit so the miriad of extremely rude representatives told me it was my fault and I must pay for the "free" delivery and %25 restocking fee equaling over $400. I purchased a furniture set from Coleman Furniture on July 25, 2016 using my Amazon. Com link and the amazon credit card. They charged my credit card 1,195.00. I still have not received and furniture as September 23, 2016. After many attempts to cancel this transaction they have not returned the purchase amount to my credit card. Email sent on 8/24/2016 over a month after delivery notification was given: My furniture still has not been delivered and I have not received a new timeframe. Ordered a bed 3 weeks ago today. Was told on the phone the day it was ordered the whole process should take approximately 2 weeks. They are now saying it will take another week before they even SCHEDULE a delivery. I have called numerous times asking to just cancel the order before it was shipped out and they wanted the restocking fee added before it was even shipped out to be delivered to Me. Seriously?!? I recently bought an upholstered bed from Coleman. The whole process was easy and satisfying. The delivery was fast and professional. The bed looks even better than the picture. It's very elegant and high end looking. I'm very happy with my purchase. Jie

I had a leather sectional delivered, and a single piece of packing adhesive was left on the back corner of the couch. My fiancee signed off on delivery because everything seemed to check out, and she just assumed they forgot to take that corner off in their rush to be gone. I ordered a reclining sofa online and when it came, I signed the release because everything seemed fine. THE NEXT DAY the reclining arm under the footstool bent and broke. I called Coleman that day and left message - they never called back. I called again and was told to send pictures. Do not buy anything from this company! I have ordered my furniture in May and it is now the end of Aug and still don't have my furniture! Very upset customer and will never buy anything from them ever again!

I'm not sure how their reviews have 4.9 stars. That seems like someone is putting artificial reviews on there because their customer service is the worst I have EVER dealt with. Their products are not accurately described on their website and when you call to let them know that, their response is, 'well I think it's accurate'.
