Order arrived damaged. Returned and " repaired"; arrived damaged again. Offered $100 to keep damaged $2000+ unit. Eventually sent out repair person. Missing parts, unable to use. When requested brackets to put together and use: received one box with drawer, foot and no brackets, then another box ( week later) with another drawer and wrong brackets, still waiting on brackets to install shelves. Assembly crew nice but did not set up lights or find cords to use. Keep writing to try to resolve and get more frustrated . Ordered in begin of July and still waiting for parts. When i pushed told I could return unit at a 15% charge to me! I would recommend going ANYWHERE else.

terrible company! and terrible workers (Cierra Zayas) after the bed took double the time months to get to me I had been waiting for months. bed broke within minutes of receiving it With no help from this company, second time they have sold me a bad product and one spent thousands now im left to get the bed fixed on my own because they stopped responding to emails and I have no bed to sleep on. I bet if it were them they wouldnt take so long. They dont make manufacturers stand behind their warranty. they try to offer you pennies to get it fixed yourself stay away from these people!

I was thinking about Colemans but I’m glad I looked a review site first. Customer svc is very important. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them

50 days and counting | Coleman Furniture review

It’s been 50 days since I ordered a sectional couch from Coleman with no delivery date in site. ZERO communication between Coleman and the local shipping Company. First Coleman only shipped out 2/3s of couch. When the final piece had supposedly arrived at the shipping company it was damaged. Shipping company said they had no response from Colman about fixing the damage or sending a new 3rd piece. Finally Coleman was able to confirm a new 3rd piece was delivered to the shipping company and I would receive this week. So I decided to leave work early and drive to the shipping companies warehouse and they said Coleman still hasn’t advised them on fixing the 3rd piece or sending a new one. Total nightmare.

I have been very impressed with a sofa set ever since i saw it in the Ashleys store. However i came across the same set in Coleman and was a LOT LESS! Was a little skeptical when i ordered, however i should say that Coleman furniture was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. Placed the order and got constant updates through out and the delivery (2 weeks) was just seamless. Delivery guys did a fantastic job and called prior to delivery. Very happy with my purchase and the price. Coleman furniture will be my go to place from now on and i will be referring my family and friends to this store! I will def place another order in the future! I love coleman!

Wow, this company was terrible beyond belief. I wouldn't believe it if it hadn't happened to me! I found two barstools I wanted online, and ordered them on July 7th. Delivery was supposed to be a couple weeks later. It took longer than initially expected, but I was impressed that they delivered them and were going to put them together for me, for a cheaper price than what I found at the local furniture store (where I had tried out and fallen in love with the exact same stools). Unfortunately, the delivery guys informed me that none of the hardware had shipped with the stools. They left the stools half put together on my living room floor, and I had to call and report the delivery issue. I thought they would expedite the hardware to me, but it took two more weeks. New delivery guys came. They tried, and couldn't make the stools work. They called their manager. Their manager was supposed to come in 15 minutes; he took several hours to arrive. I was at home all day, waiting. He figured out the problem - the company had sent the wrong hardware! They ordered hardware for me again. I asked them specifically to expedite the shipping. They did not. Two more weeks have passed, and I got an email saying the delivery company had the right hardware and would contact me. Nobody ever did. I finally tracked down the number and called them, and they scheduled a new date for a week later. But then I got an email saying never mind, that was ALSO NOT THE RIGHT HARDWARE (it's literally just a few screws - I could buy it at the home store if I knew what they were for 50 cents!), and that my hardware would arrive in another week, and then I could schedule yet again. Then the delivery company called to tell me they actually have my hardware (which Coleman Furniture just said was the wrong one), and to schedule delivery. I said I already scheduled and cancelled delivery, again, and are you people just making fun of me at this point?! I called my customer service rep, who had just emailed me yet COULD NOT REMEMBER WHO I WAS, and asked to just cancel the order. She said no, I was past my "5 days after delivery" window to cancel and return. I said, "I've had half put together stools in my living room in the way for a month and a half - but no hardware, so I don't think they have technically "been delivered" yet." She said if she cancelled it, she'd have to charge me a 15 percent re-stocking fee and ALL of the delivery charged from the 4 different times someone has had to come out. (I ordered and paid on July 7th, she's now telling me that I can't even schedule another delivery until after September 4th, just to give you more of a timeline.) I said, "It's been a month and a half longer than you said you'd deliver it by when I paid, and you still don't seem to have it figured out - I think I'll just dispute the charge on my credit card." She seemed super annoyed with me. WITH ME! I've been so freaking nice and ridiculously patient!! BECAUSE I'M A REALLY NICE PERSON! I asked for a compromise, like a partial refund for all the problems there have been with my order. So far, she says no. I JUST WANT TO BE DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE. I could've put the barstool together myself in ten minutes if they'd sent the screws. I cannot recommend that you not order from Coleman Furniture enough. AVOID THEM. THEY ARE LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE HISTORY OF FURNITURE COMPANIES.

Worst Delivery experience | Coleman Furniture review

We purchased a leather recliner sofa set from Coleman because the price was cheaper compared to other stores. Ordering experience was fine. There was a several week lead time but we were ok to wait. However, the delivery service was worst. We chose white collar delivery where they were supposed to come in and assemble the furniture. We had brand new wooden flooring in our house and they dragged the furniture along the foyer and there were huge scratches on the floor which we have noticed only after they left. They are so huge that they are clearly visible and there is nothing we can do to cover it. Totally unprofessional delivery and we are not at all happy with it.

I purchased furniture from them twice, and both times, they were damaged. Second time I purchased a chest, I spent a few months trying to have them replace or repair it, but they never did by telling me that once I received the furniture by signing the piece of paper with the trucking company, Coleman Furniture became free from any liability associated with the purchase. I am stuck with the furniture I cannot even use. They are by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I should have reviewed BBB website before buying from them. There are lot of claims filed against them. I also filed claim to Consumer Protection Agency.

Don't sign for damaged goods. Inspect fist.

Problem solved. I spent 30 years in shipping and receiving for a major electrical manufacturer ; follow my advice.

Horrible, Horrible experience with Coleman/Renegade Furniture. On 2/28/2018 I ordered a leather power reclining sofa, loveseat and chair. The chair was delivered defective. I contacted Coleman/Renegade Furniture the same day to let them know the chair was defective and I requested to either return the chair or get a replacement. Even though I contacted them with a couple hours of delivery, Jamie Jackson, account manager they said there was nothing the could do and I would have to go through warranty. They first told me through email that they would ship me a new frame/mechanism for the chair. Then they changed that through another email from a Camille Dixon. She said they would refund me $200 but I would have to find my own furniture technician to fix the chair. I should not have to fix a brand new chair that I never used. $200 wouldn’t begin to cover the costs and I could not find anyone within 2 hours of me to fix the chair! I even contacted Leather Italia USA about the matter and they also did nothing for me. I went to do a chargeback on just the price of the chair and Camille Dixon sent me a threatening email stating that if pursued the chargeback on the chair I would no longer have warranty on any of my furniture. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. As a customer, you would be better off purchasing the furniture from a local store or another online seller. Coleman/Renegade Furniture and Leather Italia USA do not stand behind the products they sell. Coleman/Renegade Furniture has very bad ratings. Just do a search for yourself before you purchase.

Waste of time | Coleman Furniture review

Ordered a large China Hutch from Coleman Furniture. I verified it was in stock at the manufacturer before ordering. It did arrive within the 4 week time frame to the local shipping company but that's when everything went down hill. The hutch arrived at the local shipping company on July 10th in Denver. I was to receive a call to set up delivery within a few days since they deliver in my area every day, as stated by Coleman furniture. Long story short, the hutch sat at the delivery company for over a month, I called them over a dozen times and they never once answered the phone. They only called me back twice. Once saying they'll call back the next day about delivery, which they didnt. And once to schedule a delivery on August 16th stating that was the earliest delivery date. Coleman furniture was no help whatsoever. I opened a claim with my bank to get my money back. As soon as the claim was closed and i was refunded, Coleman furniture did nothing but call and email nonstop over the next week up until the delivery date. Amazing how they can call as soon as they no longer have your money. And their only concern was to get a new form of payment. There was no effort whatsoever to have it delivered earlier. Take your business elsewhere. You will save a lot of time! I ended up ordering the same piece from Goedeckers for $200 cheaper and delivery within 3 weeks.
