Exactly the same thing happened to me. ordered on Aug 21 took $2211.00 out of my account. On Aug 24 Talked to a lady that said it was out of stock and take 6-8 weeks from manufacture so I said to cancel the order. So I noticed they put the money back in my account so I thought that was because I cancelled the order. then it was Sept 14 I get a email from update team that order would be shipped. I tried calling their office on Sept 29 no answer left several messages and emails. On Oct 1 I get a call from Mike from Show Me Delivery out of Missouri that he had the merchandise on his truck and I told him that order was cancelled and I have been trying to call them since Friday. That's when he told me that they were closed on Monday and Tuesday for a Jewish holiday . Then on Oct1 I noticed they took out $2211.00 out of my account. I feel that I am not responsible for the restocking fee. Due to no transactions on Fridays closed on Saturday & Sunday and the Jewish holiday. Now they want to charge me 15% for restocking fees. I feel I should get my full refund.

Details
Furniture was delivered but was missing parts. Delivery people made note of missing parts but I called customer service to inquire about when we would receive the parts. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who then transferred me to an account manager who was not customer service friendly, unapologetic and, and unaccommodating. Their site says customer satsisfaction is their priority but that cannot be true. I have no idea when my parts will come. Not a positive experience.

The company came to deliver my wall unit, left the fireplace out, said not "allowed" to install it. The fireplace has to be put in before completely installed, now I have to wait another week for them to return to finish the job. Not satisfactory, you mess up, fix it, not in a week, same or next day!! Another week? I paid for a complete job, not half done, very dissatisfied!!

I ordered a bed . It looked beautiful online. I had an emergency and had to leave town. I tried to get them not ship it yet but they said no. My neighbors let them in. When came back home weeks later. I discovered the head board was damaged. I contacted them. I was told because I did get back to them in 24 hrs. It is a warranty issue. Then I was told the manufacturer would do nothing about it. It is very noticeable! Now it's a pass the buck deal! I would never do business with them again. Its sad when you pay this much for furniture and they do nothing but pass the buck. It's a rip off!

The delivery company didn’t assemble anything and when I called customer service they said it was my fault. The driver lied and said I declined the service. That is the only reason why I ordered from there was for the assembly. I also found the free delivery they talk about is *** the delivery fee is included in the price. We ordered a $1K pedestal table during our renovation; delivered and stored by our GC. When the table was delivered and set up, there was a "How to care for" sheet. Because it indicated gentle care should be taken, we covered it with a sheet until all other items were in place. when we removed the sheet, dust had gone through the fabric and that when removed ut caused slight scratch marks. We then covered it with a table cloth and found that moving anything on top of the table cloth also tranferred to the top and caused a scratch. We followed all directions....got paste wax that was suggested as well as cleaning polish suggested. Anything that touched the table scratched it....despite being covered. I reported this, responded to all requestss, sent photos, etc., and was told damage was caused by us dropping things on the table. The Warranty Company Guardian would not respond, despite their 5-year committment. WE HAVE HAD A PROFESSIONAL LOOK AT THE TABLE AND WERE TOLD THE FINAL FINISHING STEPS HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED ON THE TABLE TOP

We bought two bedroom sets both are broken and they won’t take Returns. If you have to return they charge you restocking fee. Don’t fall for free 5 year guardian warranty they provide on purchases for free. As they sell broken and ripped furniture guardian also don’t provide furniture that come broken. This is a fraudulent company. Customer service is the worst. I highly recommend people not to buy from them.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AND I MEAN ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WAITED AN ENTIRE MONTH TO RECEIVE MY FURNITURE SET THAT I PAID $1,200 FOR.

THE PROBLEM IS, WHEN THE SET ARRIVED, IT WAS VERY CHEAP LOOKING, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THEY POSTED ON THEIR SITE. ENTIRE SOFE SLIDES WHEN YOU SIT IN THE CHAIR AND THE SEAT CUSHIONS DO NOT STAY IN PLACE. I CALLED THE COMPANY UP TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID, YOU HAD FIVE (5) DAYS TO RETURN THE SET. WHO THE *** KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THE SET IN FIVE DAYS.

THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS, THIS IS WHY THEY PLACE A 5 DAY RETURN IN THEIR POLICY BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE A LOT OF RETURNS WITH THEIR COMPANY.

I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. CHEAP FURNITURE

Details
First of all, be aware that your furniture will not be delivered for at least 5 weeks. I ordered a dining room set on September 1st and I'm still waiting. Delivery scheduled for October 9th. If you try to reschedule, it's another month to wait. If you want to return the item, there is a 20% restocking fee even though you haven't received the item yet. If you try to call their customer service, they transfer you several times, hang up on you then when you call back, transfer you to voicemail. This company shouldn't be in business! Their customer service is terrible. Their delivery time frame terrible!

I ordered a power recliner the middle of April wasn’t delivered until the end of may. The recliner stop working 2 weeks later.

I been waiting on a dame replacement part for 4 months now. Please don’t do business with this company.

I placed an order for a living room set from Coleman on September 1. They did not contact me with updates, and I had to wait on hold multiple times to get updates. At one point, they told me it would ship September 26 and I would have my furniture by September 29. I've been waiting, and I called yet again today to be informed that now there is a delay until mid-November. Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a bedroom set from them once before and had a decent experience, but this time around it's been a nightmare. I've cancelled my order and now have to buy a different living room set after being without one for more than a month. Not happy with Coleman Furniture and would not recommend them!

We placed an order for a section sofa for our new home. Upon Delivery we were asked to sit on the sofa and give it a final inspection. When we sat down on the furniture, there was a crack in the wooden base and we sank halfway to the floor. (We are your average sized adults, weighing less than 200#s). Upon further investigation and inspection we found that the base board that framed the sofa was warped and had a round edge at the top of the base that would be perpendicular to where you would be sitting. This explains why the sofa sank halfway to the floor when sitting on it. The deliver driver said we would sign the final inspection paperwork anyways because it was not a delivery driver error - they didn't break it - which was true. We called Coleman Furniture immediately, as the delivery drivers were pulling out of the driveway, and Coleman Furniture took a firm stance that it wasn't a manufacturer error. It wasn't even in our house for 5 minutes! And we were not rough on the furniture - if you cannot sit down on a sofa, that defeats the purpose of the product!! We have sent numerous pictures, dozens of emails, and had multiple calls....it is 8 weeks later and they still have not resolved the issue. Two weeks ago they agreed to order a replacement piece for the section, but will not provide an ETA. I have a feeling they are going to take an extended period of time to resolve until they reach a timeframe they can say it's been too far past the delivery date to resolve. So now we have a $1000 sectional sofa in our living room that we cannot use and can't really sell because it is broken! Needless to say - Their furniture is not made with true quality. They do not back their products to replace them if they are broken. Their service team is quick to blame the customer for a defective product to try to pass on the issue as "Your Problem". Do not order from them.
