- Recieved my furniture 1 month late and on top of that it will damaged: Most TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER PLease do not order from this site; i recieved damaged furniture and the company is not willing to fix it. Also, Melissa Hans working their will bluntely tell you to do whatever you want but they cannot do anything about the damages.
IF YOU END UP ORDERING FROM THEM- MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY IF ANY DAMAGES FOUND WHILE DELIVERY. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WILL LIE TO YOU AND ASK YOU TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, BUT HEY PLZ DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.
