My 8 dining room chairs have 3 legs that touch the ground and one leg that doesn't. Wobble in chair while eating.

I can't get Coleman to return a phone call regarding the issue. Read the fine print. If you accept the defective merchandise they will not refund or fix the issue or replace it. If you want to cancel your order for their back order or bad practices, it will cost you almost 30% of the order even if it hasn't shipped for 3 months.

On the credit card charging, they are supposed to charge your card when the items ship. This is a lie.

They charge it and then they tell you it shipped. The reality is the furniture is then "delayed" for 2 -3 months but you won't get your money credited while on delay....very dishonest company.

I didn't like: Damaged furniture, Return and shipping information not easy, Restocking fee.
