I called Coleman Furniture for a replacement part for a Ashley desk I bought online three years ago in 2015. The part is just a hinge that holds the keyboard drawer.

The agent acted totally aloof and wouldn't even check to see if the part was still available because I exceeded the warranty period. I then called the manufacturer (Ashely) and within 3 minutes I had the entire transaction completed with an order number and an expected date. I will never buy any more furniture from Coleman. I sold furniture for many years and know how easy it is to get replacement parts.

Thanks Coleman for nothing. I like shopping on-line but maybe this is a lesson for all of us.
