I waited over three months for my furniture due to an error made on their behalf. I made several calls to customer service with no calls returned and after weeks of unanswered calls they notified me that they were refusing to refund the entire amount and furthermore told me that I would have to pay fifteen percent of my purchase total which would go to restocking fees of an item that was lost and never delivered to me.

Terrible experience , terrible customer service. Never will order with them again. They were rude and unapoligetic.

in their terms and agreements they state that you will receive your order in one to four weeks if the item is in stock. Mine in fact was and delivery took over three months

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
