I ordered a bed . It looked beautiful online.
I had an emergency and had to leave town. I tried to get them not ship it yet but they said no. My neighbors let them in. When came back home weeks later.
I discovered the head board was damaged. I contacted them. I was told because I did get back to them in 24 hrs. It is a warranty issue.
Then I was told the manufacturer would do nothing about it. It is very noticeable! Now it's a pass the buck deal! I would never do business with them again.
Its sad when you pay this much for furniture and they do nothing but pass the buck. It's a rip off!
