Spent $2900 on an entertainment center. The delivery team (“Show Me Home”) was god awful, and damaged our unit (rude, rushed, moving careless & hastily, not reading the directions, assembling incorrectly and trying to jam into place, etc) while attempting to assemble the piece.
What makes matters worse was that the customer service (or lack there of) that I received from Coleman (Cierra and her supervisor Lori=unprofessional and rude) added insult to injury.
Zero compensation Was offered for the countless hours that we spent trying to remedy the numerous problems we had. Furthermore, we are still in the process of trying to rectify the matter.
